- Goods must be unworn and in as-new condition. The protective clear plastic must still be in place on the shoe soles for any refunds or exchange to occur.
- Goods must be returned in their original box/packaging
- Goods must be received within 21 days from date of invoice
- Any further changes of mind, will incur additional postage costs to be paid by you
Making a Return
Return by mail:
Please allow 14 days for exchanges or refunds to be received.

Please note, you are responsible for the return shipping or handling charges. However BrookeDerek.com will cover the cost of re-mailing exchanged damaged goods on one occasion .
BrookeDerek.com will not take responsibility for items not received if you attempt to send them via non registered mail.
