In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, or with incorrect information, BrookeDerek.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for product listed at the incorrect price. BrookeDerek.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not any such order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for such purchase and your order is cancelled, BrookeDerek.com shall issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge. Although BrookeDerek.com attempts to provide accurate information, it does not warrant or make any representations regarding the accuracy or reliability of information on this site. Returns
BrookeDerek.com is confident you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason this is not the case & you wish to exchange or refund products please read on for more information.
- Goods must be unworn and in as-new condition. The protective clear plastic must still be in place on the shoe soles for any refunds or exchange to occur.
- Goods must be returned in their original box/packaging
- Goods must be received within 21 days from date of invoice
- Any further changes of mind, will incur additional postage costs to be paid by you

Please note, you are responsible for the return shipping or handling charges. However BrookeDerek.com will cover the cost of re-mailing exchanged damaged goods on one occasion .
BrookeDerek.com will not take responsibility for items not received if you attempt to send them via non registered mail.
